You and your family will have access to a 90 m² house and 3,000 m² of land (partially fenced).

It is a semi-detached house, but the gardens do not adjoin each other. There is also an extension with a bedroom, which is (very rarely) used by family members. In this case, you would have to share the 3000 sqm garden, but the house and the fenced garden with terrace are always available for your sole use. Upon request, I will be happy to send you a video of the house, garden, and surroundings.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The vacation home has a well-equipped kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. The living room has satellite TV with German channels and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. From here, guests can access the beautiful terrace with a fenced-in garden area and enjoy a wonderful view of the neighboring hills. Our garden and terrace are perfect for sunbathing, feasting, and relaxing.

The house is located at the end of a well-maintained dirt road approximately 150 meters long and is therefore completely car-free. An old freight locomotive passes by the end of the property approximately four times a day, but this does not cause any noise disturbance and is rather interesting for children. You are in the rural area of Piombino, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the beautiful panoramic view of the Tuscan hills after a busy day at the beach. A car is necessary, as the connection to the public transport network is available but very poor. The art-historically famous cities of Pisa, Lucca, Florence, and Siena are all within one to one and a half hours reach.
